Recens® Tubular Reel Automatic Bagging Machine

Applications

The Recens® Tubular Reel Automatic Bagging Machine gives a single-spout packing station two ways to make a bag. It carries both a bag magazine holding up to 900 woven PP bags and an FFS (form-fill-seal) module that forms the bag from a reel of tubular film. The same machine can therefore run on pre-made woven bags or on film, depending on product, packed cost and what the customer's market prefers — without buying a second machine. Bags are opened by a suction bar, presented to the filling spout, clamped, filled and released automatically, then carried to the sewing machine.

• Dual bag supply — bag magazine (up to 900 woven PP bags) plus an FFS module fed from a tubular film reel

• Bag mouth opened by a suction bar, placed on the filling spout, clamped, filled and released automatically

• Position sensor reads the open-mouth position and interlocks the servo, so bag length stays constant

• Open-mouth cylinders and linear modules used as actuators; suction nozzle with pneumatic finger-cylinder clamping

• Filled bag is detected and placed on the conveyor belt, then carried on to the bag sewing machine

• Designed for single-spout bagging stations — a compact alternative to a full carousel where capacity allows

• PLC and touch-screen control on the bagging frame

• Handles 15 to 40 kg woven PP bags at up to 10 bags per minute
